Sexy On/Off Shoulder Blouson Mini Dress ~ 3381


This is a cute on/off shoulder mini dress, features "bubble" sleeves with long cuffs, very loose from the shoulder to the hips and fitted (but stretchy) mini skirt to show off those killer pins. It is elasticated where the top joins the skirt and can be pulled up or down in length to suit. There is loads of material in the top and it is meant to be baggy (also gives flexibility with the size though) .
