Items are specially ordered for you unless we happen to have them in stock therefore please allow 28 days or in some cases, but unusual, up to 6 weeks for footwear. Average delivery is 2 weeks.

We will make every effort to inform you of any delays and keep you up to date on the progress of your order.

Items may be exchanged but postage costs will be payable by you both for sending back to us and (at actual cost) for us to send the replacement to you.

Returns must be notified via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt and sent back within 7 days and totally unworn! Returns must be received back here within the 7 day time frame, the only exceptions being if you have told us that you are purchasing for a gift, or you are based outside of the UK. Please try your shoes/boots on whilst stood on a carpet as scratched soles do not equate to unworn! With clothing please make sure that items are not marked with deodorant as these will not be refunded for either.

We will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post when being returned, so we advise the use of Standard Parcel delivery as this is receipted and insured. Recorded or certificate of posting can be used but only covers you for £30 if lost.

Full refunds will be given at our discretion. Refunds will be given less the postal costs. Because goods are ordered specifically for you - for order cancellation before 28 days allowed for delivery - there will be a 15% handling charge also deducted from refund.

Please ensure you select the correct size for shoes and boots. Pleaser/Demonia shoes are particularly small fitting. If you have ordered Pleaser before - make us aware of the fact that you are ordering the size you actually require because if it is a small fit and you require a 5, we will send you a 6!

Postage in the UK : Postage payable on an order is £5.00 for a pair of shoes, £3.50 for a Handbag and £7.50 for a pair of boots. This includes the cost of insurance against loss or damage in the post. Postage quoted is per pair. Postage rates for Clothing can be found on the pages concerned.

PLEASE NOTE : because of the increase in people using 'junk filters' on their email programmes (which can mean that emails from people not in your address book end up in the 'junk') - if you have not had a response from us within 48 hours CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL or add our email address to your address book and ask us to send our response to you again!!
